Capital Estate was formed in October 1978 specialising in the renting of properties only.
 

1982 Launched our management department with instructions on the Al-Mubarakiyah building on Al-Fateh Highway. One year later we have opened a maintenance section under “Habara Services and Maintenance”. 1985 Started to act for clients in the buying & selling of all types of properties 1987. Capital Estates Handled the valuation of properties and gradually mixed both private and corporate sections.

1998 We formed our association with Michael Tims & Co of London and have seen as a result a considerable expansion of the promotion of Capital Estate with extensive marketing of both UK and Bahrain properties throughout the GCC countries such as Saudi Arabia, Kuwait & UAE. 1998 Appointed as the head of the property section in the Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and in 2002 Appointed as a member of the Arbitration and Trade Disputes Committee at the Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

2003 Formed an association with Mutar Abumutar in Qatar. In 2004 Formed an association with Uniglobe in Kuwait and acted as agents for Dreamland, Egypt.

2004 Capital Estate became a member of MT International Real Estate Group

2005 Capital Estate became a member of Bahrain Real Estate Society at its foundation.
